Insurance and Fees

For your convenience, we identify the insurances that each clinician accepts, but please keep in mind that this is not a guarantee that their individual schedules can accommodate your specific needs or preferences for appointment days and / or times. Each clinician has their individual schedules and current openings. However, we make every effort to update our availability monthly or when something changes to increase availability.

We ask that potential clients contact clinicians individually to discuss availability and contact their insurance to determine whether or not a referral or authorization is needed, and whether or not their plan requires that they be responsible for a certain out-of-pocket deductible prior to insurance reimbursement. We are able to offer telephonic sessions for those who may be unable to travel out or for those from a distance who may wish to utilize telephonic sessions with quailty professionals! Feel free to ask about this option; however keep in mind that most insurances do not reimburse for sessions that are not face-to-face or in person, so that we can offer payment by MasterCard or Visa over the phone. We NEVER store pin numbers or personal / identifying information in our card readers!
